Do I need to install anything?
No. Everything runs in managed cloud containers with web access in your browser.
Do you log what I browse or store my profile data?
No. We don’t store browsing content or history. Profiles run in isolated containers; persistent storage stays within your profile volume, and Trash (ephemeral) wipes data on rebuild/stop. We only keep minimal account info for login and billing (see Terms).
What does the trial include?
A time-limited environment with the same fingerprinting controls. Use it to validate performance, networking, and compatibility before committing to paid plans.
Can I change OS, screen size, WebRTC lock, or User-Agent later?
Yes. Edit any profile to update OS, resolution, language/timezone, WebRTC lock, and UA. The Randomize UA button picks a UA that matches the selected OS.
How do networking options work (Direct, BYO SOCKS5, Residential/DC)?
Direct uses no proxy. BYO SOCKS5 lets you supply your own proxy (validated live). Residential/DC uses our pools; when selected, BYO fields hide and we apply the correct timezone for you.
How do I access the desktop and credentials?
Click open in the VNC column to launch WayaVNC. This will launch the selected profile on a new tab in your favorite browser.
Is team use supported?
Yes. You can basically share your account of profiles as you deem fit.
How are payments handled?
Top up your wallet, then purchase/renew plans. We show all wallet transactions and references for transparency.
What happens at plan expiry or when I hit a data cap?
Profiles auto-stop with a clear reason. Renew or upgrade to continue. Usage increments continuously while a profile is running.
Any tips if I can’t connect?
If a profile won’t start, check plan expiry or data cap. For BYO proxies, re-validate credentials on the edit screen. If the browser page errors (e.g., 502), reload after a few seconds or restart the profile.
