1. Scope
This Policy explains how WayaDesk handles information when you visit the website, create an account, fund a wallet, operate a cloud browser profile, or contact support.
2. Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, protected password record, verification status, and security events.
- Billing records: wallet transactions, payment references, charged currency, credited value, and payment status. Payment providers process payment details under their own policies.
- Profile settings: profile name, selected plan, network choice, operating system, screen, language, timezone, storage choice, and related controls.
- Service and security data: IP address, browser information, timestamps, errors, data-use totals, and logs needed to run and protect the service.
- Communications: support tickets, support-chat history, linked ticket references, account emails, and messages you send to support. Account-specific chat information is used to answer the signed-in user and is not reused as general product guidance.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure accounts, launch and manage profiles, process billing, enforce plan limits, deliver verification and service messages, respond to support, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
4. Browser workspace data
WayaDesk does not intentionally copy the pages you visit or your browser history into the account and billing database. A profile set to keep browser data stores it in that profile's protected workspace so you can continue later. A profile set to clear browser data removes its workspace when the selected clear-data action occurs.
Network providers and websites you visit may independently observe traffic or identifiers under their own policies. WayaDesk cannot control the privacy practices of third-party destinations.
6. Retention and security
How long we keep information depends on the type of record and our operational, contractual, security, and legal requirements. Account and billing records may be kept after account closure when needed for payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, disputes, or law. Profile data follows the profile's storage choice and deletion schedule.
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no hosted system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
You can update certain account details and delete profiles from the service. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal information. We may need to verify a request and may retain information where law permits or requires it.
You can control browser cookies through your browser settings, although essential session cookies are required to sign in and use authenticated features.
8. Updates and contact
We may update this Policy as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. Material revisions will receive an updated effective date and notice where appropriate.
