1. Agreement
These Terms govern access to WayaDesk and its cloud browser, networking, billing, support, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, protect your password and verification codes, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and profiles.
You may not sell, transfer, or provide access to an account in a way that bypasses plan limits or creates security risk.
3. Acceptable use
You may use WayaDesk only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service to:
- commit fraud, impersonation, credential theft, harassment, or other unlawful conduct;
- send spam, distribute malware, probe systems without authorization, or disrupt a network or service;
- circumvent access controls, sanctions, legal restrictions, or third-party platform rules;
- consume resources in a way that degrades the service for other customers.
We may investigate suspected abuse and restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure, third parties, or legal compliance.
4. Plans, wallet, and billing
Plan prices, durations, traffic allowances, network types, and supported payment methods are shown before purchase. Wallet credits are applied to the account ledger after a payment provider confirms payment. Currency conversion, where offered, is shown during checkout.
Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated at checkout, completed plan purchases and consumed service are non-refundable. Auto-renewal uses available wallet balance and may fail if that balance is insufficient.
5. Browser profiles and data
Profiles set to keep browser data store that data between sessions until the profile is deleted or reaches another scheduled deletion event. Profiles set to clear browser data remove it when the selected clear-data action occurs. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Managed network locations, IP addresses, and other shared service resources remain part of WayaDesk's infrastructure. They may change to maintain service quality, security, or compliance.
6. Availability and changes
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Maintenance, provider failures, network conditions, abuse prevention, capacity constraints, or events outside our control may interrupt access. We may update features, supported browser versions, infrastructure, pricing, or plan limits with reasonable notice when practical.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, WayaDesk is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with every third-party website. You remain responsible for your use of third-party services and compliance with their rules.
To the extent permitted by law, WayaDesk is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the preceding three months, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
8. Changes and contact
We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service or account contact information, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
